Easter Egg Hunt & Spring Planting
If you’re ready to get into the Spring spirit, join us on Sunday 13th April in Tredegar Square. We’re reliably informed that the Easter Bunny will be doing an egg drop on his way across East London. Whether you’re young, or just young at heart, come and join the hunt.
If egg hunting isn’t your thing, we’ll also be doing a Spring planting session - adding perennials and doing a general tidy up. No green fingers necessary, just a willingness to help out.
Both activities are open to everyone and our hope is that you’ll come along with family and friends to do both. We’ll have our tea table set up with biscuits and some homemade cakes. If you’d like to bring something tasty to share, that would be brilliant too.
The fun will start from 2pm and continue throughout the afternoon.
What to bring?
Eagle eyes for spotting the hidden eggs
Something tasty for the tea table (optional)
Gardening gloves, trowel, kneeler if you have them. We will bring some out too.
If you have any questions or you’re able to help the Easter Bunny do some egg hiding before 2pm, email us: committee@meotra.org
