The Annual General Meeting of Mile End Old Town Residents’ Association will be held on Wednesday 17 April 2024, 19:00 - 20:30 at Epainos Church, Lichfield Road, London E3. Light refreshments will be served.

The draft Agenda is below. If you’d like to add anything to the Agenda please email the Secretary at committee@meotra.org at least 7 days before the meeting (ie by midnight on Thursday 11th April).

As per the existing Constitution, all current MEOTRA Committee Members will stand down and there will be elections for the new Committee. Committee positions are open to all, including members standing down. If you would like to join the Committee, please come to the AGM.
