In readiness for the AGM which takes place on Wednesday 17th April, read on for all the information you need:
Where and when is it?
Wednesday 17th April at Epainos Church (Lichfield Road entrance). Doors open at 6:45pm in readiness for a 7:00pm start.

Are there any other documents to look at?
Yes! You can check out the accounts and Treasurer’s Report here. These will be formally adopted at the meeting.
I’d like to join the committee. What do I need to do?
Brilliant. Please express your interest to our secretary, Sarah Sarkhel, when you arrive at the meeting.
Why should I come?
The AGM is an excellent opportunity to discuss what’s going on in the area, meet new friends and neighbours and also cast your vote for the updated Constitution.
Will there be snacks?
Yes! Very light refreshments including the obligatory house red / white wine.

Committee Motion: Discussion and vote on adoption of the revised MEOTRA Constitution (as published in MEOTRA Spring Newsletter 2024, Issue 130 and available electronically here) [Elizabeth Marshall, Chair, Constitution sub-committee]
